Core Position
Leverage industry resources to rapidly develop clients in the West Coast cabinet market and drive sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Monetize Industry Assets
● Targeted Local Network Penetration: Utilize existing industry connections (e.g., manufacturers, distributors, designer associations, trade show channels) to quickly identify and engage West Coast cabinet businesses.
● Case Study Validation: Demonstrate how Coohom's solutions address local pain points using established North American benchmark cases (e.g., catalog management inefficiencies, production coordination delays).
2. Advance Sales Pipeline
● High-Efficiency Lead Conversion: Qualify and prioritize high-value leads from Coohom’s existing database (e.g., trial users, trade show inquiries) using industry expertise to accelerate conversion.
● Streamlined Sales Cycle: Apply a 14-30 day milestone framework (e.g., trial activation, solution confirmation) and collaborate with China-based technical and product teams to optimize sales funnel progression.

Mandatory Requirements
1. Industry-Specific Experience
● Must-have: Current/ prior employment with a West Coast cabinet company (e.g., manufacturer, distributor, design service provider), with operational knowledge (e.g., RTA cabinet standards, regional supply chains).
● Resource Verification: Provide a verifiable list of at least 10 West Coast cabinet business contacts.
2. Performance-Oriented Capability
● Resource Conversion Ability: Documented success in selling industry-relevant solutions(software, equipment, materials) through professional networks.
● Market-Specific Insight: Ability to articulate West Coast market dynamics and align Coohom’s value proposition accordingly.

Operational Support
● Resource Access: West Coast client references, industry-specific sales collateral, and real-time demo support from Coohom's China-based product teams.
● Fast-Track Onboarding: Dedicated, one-on-one product and solution training.
